The court heard that Saturday February 17 at about 7.10 p.m. acting on information, police officers went to the leeward bus terminal where the defendant was seen exiting the terminal with two bags. The officers approached Williams and requested a search on him and the bags.

One of the bags contained taped packages of the illegal plant substance. He was cautioned and told officers, “Is ah woman gimme de weed to carry fo someone.”
