Gabriel and George were arrested for entering the home of James and Joyce McBarnett of Harmony Hall on December 17, 2006.

Gabriel was brought before the Serious Offences Court last Friday where he was not allowed to enter a plea.

George appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Wednesday where he too was not allowed to plea to the charge laid against him.

While the 77 year old couple was having breakfast around 6.15 am, it is alleged that both men went into the couple’s home armed with pieces of steel and demanded money. Luckily the couple was not injured but George received a chop with a cutlass from James who was defending his wife.

A date is yet to be set for their trial.
