Its not for sale its to smoke

It was never Michael Antoine’s intention to sell marijuana, but only to smoke it, he said.

Antoine was charged on Monday for having 31 grams of cannabis with intent to supply at Little Tokyo where he was arrested and charged by a traffic cop on November 10.{{more}}

The Court heard that Antoine was seen taking out a bag and giving a paper to someone. The officer became suspicious and requested a search on the defendant. A black plastic bag was found in his front pocket and he was cautioned. Antoine replied: “officer is not to sell, is fo me to smoke.”

He was fined $75 forthwith by Chief Magistrate, Simone Churaman, with an alternative of four days at her Majesty’s Prison.
