“Is ah friend gave me,” Horne told the court.

Police said the man was apprehended after they noticed that the car he was driving smelled of the controlled drug. They conducted a search on the vehicle where they found the drug in a black plastic bag under the seat of the driver who admitted on the spot that the substance was his.

Horne has had one previous brush with the law when he was charged $100 for one bomb of cannabis.
