14-year-old accused of setting vagrant on fire

A fourteen-year-old boy, who has no fixed place of abode, has been accused of setting a vagrant on fire.
According to information received, on June 29, the vagrant, Harris Fraser, was asleep under the gallery at Courts (St. Vincent) Limited in Kingstown when the boy threw rum on him and ignited it.{{more}}
Reports say Fraser was hospitalised suffering from burns to his body.
The teenaged boy was arrested and charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Fraser. He was taken before the Family Courty Wednesday morning. He was not allowed to plea to the indictable charge and was remanded in custody.
The boy is scheduled to reappear before the Family Court on Monday June 12.
