It is alleged that on April 10, during the annual Union Island Easterval celebrations, Jack and another man were involved in an altercation. Tittle intervened, and sustained a stab-wound to his abdomen area. Jack was allegedly armed with a broken bottle.
Tittle was hospitalised for several days.
Jack was not required to enter a plea to the charge during Monday’s appearance in court. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety.
Jack is scheduled to return to the court room on September 1, this year when it is expected that a date will be set for the start of the preliminary inquiries into the matter.
