VOX POX – Word from the students

Oniefa Nickie

Oniefa Nickie, Form 5 Science/Business
I feel proud to see that the school reach this far. Although the other schools say we are the worst, I am still proud of my school because it is here I have been attending for the past five years.

The sporting activities from form one coming up, were great. I will like my fellow students to keep their head up and do the best even though you find the work hard, ask for help.

Jay-Z Ryan

Jay-Z Ryan, Form 5 Technical

Jay-Z is a footballer who represented SVG recently at the Under-20 football competition in Florida and also played in the Windward Islands School Games as a defender.

“I feel very excited and really happy to be at this school at this time. We are football champs because we train hard. The school has good teachers that encourage students. The school has played a role in me playing football because people come out to support.”

Enrico Lauraine

Enrico Louraine, Form 5

Enrico is a volley ball player who represented SVG in Antigua last summer and later went on to the Youth Olympics in Argentina in October.
“We won the school competition five times in a row. I started playing when I came here, and I feel good to be part of the school at this point. The teachers are good.”

I feel good to be part of this school at this time. I have some good memories especially sports time because I run long distance races.

Teachers are great, they help you a lot like they are supposed to.

I have mixed feelings about the 20th anniversary. I like when we win sports.

The teachers interact with us and go over our work with us when we don’t get it the first time.

Juanice Lavia, Form 5 Science/Business
I feel proud although persons say we are not a good school because we are in the country side, we are actually a very good school.

The sporting activities and Independence celebrations are the most memorable for me.
