BCK always keep God in the midst

THE SCHOOL’S PATH has not always been clear, and the school has had its challenges. However, as a denominational institution, the school tries to practice what the scripture says, that with God all things are possible.

The school is building an institution where God is always in their midst. In this regard, one period in every week is set aside for devotion, which is usually led by Deacon Kenwick “PG” Lewis with support from the Anglican Church Women Association (ACWA).

Not only does the church have regular prayer sessions, but every year, they operate around a school theme and meditate on a passage of scripture which serves as a continuous reminder of God’s promises. They are cognizant that God has a plan and purpose for everyone, and this is often resonated at their assemblies.

This year, the school theme is “Striving to be the best you can be”, and their Scripture Meditation is Colossians Chapter 3 VS 23: “Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men.”
