An Inter Caribbean Travel Document (ICTD) otherwise known as a permit is issued by the Passports and Immigration Department for travel within CARICOM.

The procedure to obtain same is as follows:

1. Application forms can be obtained at the Head Office.

2. The forms must be returned to the Head Office, with relevant sections completed.{{more}}

3. The form must be certified by a competent authority, as mentioned in Section (1) on the application form.

4. Two (2) photographs must be submitted, one of which should be certified by the person mentioned above.

5. Applicant’s Birth Certificate or passport must accompany the application form.

6. A fee of thirty-five dollars (EC $35.00) must be paid when the application form is lodged.7. An Inter Caribbean Travel Document is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue.
