NCB Customers Collect Winnings

The National Commercial Bank (SVG) Ltd. is pleased to announce the names of the lucky winners for the January draw of their Christmas Loan Sale, which took place from November 2005 to January 2006.

The November winners of three 20-inch colour television sets valued at $4,500 were Colin R.S. Williams of Prospect, Caroline Charles of Georgetown and Janine Edwards of Sion Hill.

The December winners of two Dell Laptop Computers valued at $7,000 were Pastor Kirby Jackson of Union Island and Kenora Bynoe of Bequia.

The January winner of the Sony Digital Camera valued at $1,500 was Lennie Mills of Union Island.

All customers who received Christmas loans during the months of November 2005 and January 2006 were eligible to win the Grand Prize of $10,000. {{more}}

Jean Johnney-Findlay, Managing Director of Mije Personal Development and Advertising Agency, drew the winning entries in the presence of Mrs. Gonsalves of Pannell Kerr Forster, Auditors, and facilitator Cheryl Rodriguez of the NCB.

The winners of the Grand Prize of $10,000 are Alwyn Woods and Sheril Ann Durrant of Sandy Bay.

On Monday, February 27, Mills, Woods and Durrant were presented with their winnings.

They expressed appreciation to the NCB for extending this service to customers which was described by Rodriguez as “an extra-ordinary exercise for customers and staff” at the state-owned Institution.
