DaSilvas: Involved from inception

Patrick DaSilva is originally from the North Central Windward Village of Park Hill, but he has adjusted to a new residential zone half away up the Leeward coast.

Along with his wife Monica, the DaSilvas, through their outlet M. DaSilva and Sons have been with the Searchlight from the first edition April 7, 1995. Ten years later, M. DaSilva and Sons remain a choice for Searchlight newspapers.{{more}}

He qualifies the response from the Barrouallie community to the Searchlight as “good.” This, especially when there is anything about people or events in the Barrouallie district, the attraction to the Searchlight is overwhelming.

Patrick DaSilva, a community leader, possesses an acute assessment of local, regional and international affairs, is very much an opinion shaper.

He assesses the Searchlight as a paper with an appealing layout and superb graphical look.

The DaSilvas extend best wishes to Searchlight on its tenth anniversary.
