Millennium Mart: Community active

It’s not just about service and profit with Millennium Mart. There is the social and community appreciation. Starting November 15, persons buying over $50 purchase get a ticket for a raffle to be drawn December 31.

“We respond to community needs,” she pointed out and hinted at a scholarship for a secondary school student.

Last December, hampers for customers were part of the celebration, a feature that will be repeated. The November 2 anniversary saw Customer Appreciation where patrons received gifts and Millennium Mart specials.

Richardson praised agents at Corea’s for their role.

She plans to expand into vegetable sales and supplies to yachts. Barrouallie is on the coast, near the yacht-oriented Wallilabou in the north, Peters Hope and Mt. Wynne beaches to the south.
