Miss Glen tonight

Today August 27, seven young ladies aged 11 to 16 will entertain patrons at the Glen Community Centre as they vie for the title of Miss Glen Talented Teen 2004.
The show, scheduled to start at 8 p.m., is being held for the first time and is organised by the Glen Development Organisation, which turns one year old in October. {{more}}
The lasses are expected to give an introduction, do a talent performance and make appearances in sport wear and evening gown before an interview section, which is the final segment of the show.
Vying for the crown are Miss Glen Development Organisation Monnile Charles, Miss Young Island Resort Monique Charles, Miss Strong’s Aluminium Supplies Valeska Roberts, Miss Macs Construction Iamsta Latham, Miss Smirnoff Ice Tamika Small, Miss A & J Sunshine Boutique Naomi Quashie and Miss Rubber Ranks Boutique Shelly-Ann Durham.
The show will have music provided by DJ 2 Kool Kris.
President of the Glen Development Organisation Keston Davis promises the show to be of a high standard. Other members of the organisation include Secretary Narissa Ollivierre and Nadia Bowens of the cultural committee.
