This time is always busy for the National Nine Mornings Committee. Lots of Vincentians are coming home for the Festival. There is a charter from Canada, and some Tobagonians will be here to share in the celebration. There is keen rivalry between the communities as to who will win the Light up and Best Community Spirit.
