Miss Rose-Ann Jasmine Williams was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica. Rose-Ann is a past student of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, the St. Joseph’s Convent Kingstown and the Cane End Government School. She is the daughter of Veronica Williams and Rolston Diamond. Rose-Ann thanks almighty God for her accomplishment and expressed gratitude to her family, especially her mother, for their encouragement and much needed support.

Williams is a firm believer in hard work and diligence, and intends to take this attitude throughout her academic and professional career.
