Congrats to Keyteshia

Keyteshia Philonia C. Guy of Mt. Bentick, Georgetown attained the degree of Doctor of Medicine on the 13th May 2006 from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC.

Keyteshia is a former student of Georgetown Primary School. She continued her education in New York City where she was Valedictorian of both her junior high and high schools. She received her Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Howard University on May 11, 2002. She has received numerous awards including being selected as one of Ebony magazine’s top high school students in 1999, membership in several honor societies and scholarships to attend both undergraduate and graduate schools. She’ll complete her residency training in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital.

Keyteshia wishes to thank her mother Sonia, her aunts, uncles, relatives, teachers, friends and all those whose love and support have made her journey possible.
