Water (key to youthful looking skin)

Water is something most of us take for granted. It is a preventative measure for most diseases. New research studies confirm that water alleviates some asthma problems by loosening mucus in the lungs and curing the common cold.

When you are dehydrated, water improves stamina immediately. It is said that 75 percent of your body is composed of water. If you don’t drink water during an active day, your thirst increases. {{more}}Being thirsty and responding to the need for water is necessary so that you will flush your body with fluids to keep joints lubricated.

Drinking water improves chronic indigestion by keeping food moving through your digestive tract. Water moisturizes the skin, cleanses the pores for a clear complexion and flushes out toxins. Do not substitute coffee, soda or beer for water.
