SVG, Barbados feel tremors from 5.6 magnitude earthquake
The University of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre (SRC) said an earthquake occurred at 11:26 am on November 28, 2023.
The 5.6 magnitude was located 29 kilometres south west of Bridgetown. It had a depth of 26 km.
The Unit said the quake’s location also put it 160 km east of Kingstown, St Vincent and 179 km southeast of Castries, St Lucia.
Vincentians on social media reported feeling tremors in Kingstown, Largo Heights and also Arnos Vale.
