Second edition of ‘Revival in the City’ set for November

Calvary Evangelistic Assembly SVG Inc in conjunction with local churches in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), will stage its second edition of ‘Revival in the City’ from November 7-10, 2024 under the theme ‘Possessing Your Possession’.

The organisers said prior to this event, they are engaging local churches in several prayer rallies across St Vincent and the Grenadines, the first of which was held at the Bethel Gospel Assembly in Georgetown on October 7, with another at the Barrouallie New Testament Church of God on October 25, and the third on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the Bequia Pentecostal Church at Union Vale. The final rally would be held on Sunday, November 3, at the Kingstown Baptist Church under the auspices of the Association of Evangelical Churches. The organisers further said that a 30 member delegation will be part of this year’s event. Among the delegation is the feature speaker and founder of Revival in the City, Bishop Dr. Pete Pinnock. The ‘Revival In the
City Events’ will be held at various venues on different days and times including at Victory Kingdom Covenant Ministries at Carapan, and at the Russell’s Auditorium.

A ‘prayercade’ is also planned to travel from Calliaqua on the Windward and Campden Park on the Leeward side of the mainland culminating in a march through the streets of Kingstown with banners proclaiming ‘SVG Belongs to Jesus’.
“Our nation has been faced with several challenges and as the body of Christ we must be in prayer without ceasing,” said Ruth Constance, Senior Pastor, CEA SVG Inc and global coordinator of Revival in the City.
