SVGAMP workshops for persons interested in song writing and music
The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Association of Music Professionals Inc., (SVGAMP Inc.), has issued an invitation to interested persons to participate in song writing and music production workshops to take place in November, 2024.
A release from the Association states that the invitation is not confined to adults, but is open as well to children aged nine years and over. Participants will have an opportunity to perform on the big stage at four concerts.
The workshops are being funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), as part of a wider project being undertaken with SVGAMP to raise awareness about sexual and gender-based violence in
St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). The first session will be held at
the conference room of the Teachers Credit Union in Paul’s Avenue, Kingstown, on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.
