Courts SVG Limited boosts police crime fighting armoury

The crime prevention unit within the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF), has received a gift from Courts SVG Limited that will better enable the police to provide quality service to the public.

Courts SVG Country Manager, Jeanelle Jean presented a rechargeable pair of wireless 15 inch Bluetooth LED speakers to Sergeant Syon Shoy, chairman of the crime prevention unit, and executive member Sergeant Sharon John-Phillips on Thursday, June 22, a release from the police states.

Jean said that Courts SVG is thrilled to be collaborating with the crime prevention unit for the Carnival Crime Prevention Exhibition Showcase 2023, which is being staged under the theme: Building Resilient Communities through Crime Prevention.

Sergeant Shoy commended Courts SVG for their generous donation and for collaborating with the crime prevention unit in its efforts to raise awareness and educate the public about crime prevention measures so they are not vulnerable to criminal activity during the carnival season.

The Crime Prevention Exhibition Showcase takes place today, Friday, June 30, in front of the Central Police Station from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
