NDP Women’s Arm ‘consolidating the party for ultimate victory’ at convention this Sunday

THE WOMEN’S ARM of the New Democratic Party (NDP), will hold their convention next Sunday, October 9.

The event will be staged at the Sir James Mitchell Auditorium at the Party’s headquarters at Murray’s Road, Kingstown starting at 9:30 a.m under the theme, “NDP women consolidating the party for ultimate victory.”

Grenadian politician, Emmaline Pierre is listed as the feature speaker.

Addresses will also come from party leader, Dr Godwin Friday; president of the Women’s Arm, Maureen Brackin, and others.

The convention will also see the election of officers to serve on the Women’s Arm executive.
