Morocco Opens its 2022/23 Scholarship Programme for OECS Nationals
The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco has announced the opening of the Morocco Scholarship Programme 2022/23 for citizens of the Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Member States.
The fully funded scholarships are open to residents St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, and St Lucia to further their educational pursuits in a variety of disciplines.
According to a release from the OECS, scholarship awardees can enrol in the fields of medicine, architecture, engineering, business or any programmes offered at Public Institutions in Morocco.
Interested persons from SVG are asked to obtain further information from the Ministry of Education and National Reconciliation.
The deadline for applications is Friday, October 14, 2022.
The release states that a webinar will be hosted by the Embassies of Eastern Caribbean States to the Kingdom of Morocco on Thursday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m. when interested individuals will have an opportunity to learn more about the scholarship programme from the Morocco Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), along with first-hand experience from Caribbean students studying in Morocco. The Webinar will be streamed live via the OECS Facebook Page.
