THE EASTERN Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commision has issued a warning to the general public about named companies registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines that are not licensed nor registered with the Commission.

It said the warning: “is issued pursuant to Article 5(q) of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission Agreement 2020 and the Securities Act Chapter 261 of the Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Securities Act 2001 (No. 21 of 2001) of the Laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica (“the Act”).

“The Commission cautions the general public that the following named companies, incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Weber FX Tradex (“WFT”), 24Trading (“24T”) and Celox.Live along with Coindaq, Advances Stox and Tradergy registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica, are not licensed nor registered by the Commission.

“The general public is urged to exercise extreme caution and to undertake all necessary due diligence before transacting or dealing with the above named entities, the websites https://weberfxtradex. com/, www.24trading.co, https://celox.live.com/, https://www.coindaq.io/, https://advancestox.cc, https://www.tradergy.io/, and any affiliated entities or websites”.
