Carimedix donates medical supplies to MCMH

THE MILTON Cato Memorial Hospital is the recipient of an assortment of medical supplies made possible through a donation by Carimedix Medical Supplies Ltd ,along with its parent company Caribix Ltd and friends in the USA. Some of the items donated include face mask, isolation gowns, large cotton rolls, nebulizers and oxygen masks, a release states. The items were handed over by Neeka Isaacs, stores clerk at Carimedix.

Andrew Williams, Deputy Hospital Administrator at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital received the donation and expressed gratitude for the kind gesture by Carimedix noting that the supplies will go a long way in assisting staff to deliver quality health care to patients. He added that the donations came at a time when they are most needed given the fact that the country is trying to battle the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic and deal with the effects of the recent explosive volcanic eruptions.

Carimedix also donated more than 100 food packages and cases of bottled water to persons who were affected by eruptions.

Isaacs said the management of Carimedix along with its parent company Caribix and friends in the USA, will be donating more to the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines within the next few months.
