Lauders man dies in chopping incident

This country’s homicide rate moved to 17 on Thursday with the chopping death of a man from Lauders. 

Unconfirmed reports are that around 5.30 pm, two brothers, Larry and Timroy Williams were involved in a dispute that left Larry dead from chop wounds.  

Reports from a police source said both brothers received chop wounds, but Larry’s chops were fatal.  

This latest killing follows the death of national goalkeeper Dwaine Sandy, 32, who was shot dead at Calliaqua on Friday May 21.
