Police seeking assistance with investigations into burglaries

Police are soliciting the assistance of the public with the investigations of two reports of Burglary made on May 28 and May 29.

A release from the police public relations and complaints department said according to investigations, some unknown person(s) entered the Bishop’s College, Kingstown as a trespasser(s) and stole two (2) Microwaves, two (2) Projectors, five (5) Cutlasses, five (5) Fans and other school appliances, value unknown. The property of the Bishops College Kingstown. The incident occurred between 24.05.19 and 27.05.19.

Police have also launched an investigation into a report of Burglary made on the Sandy Lane Yacht Club located in Canouan. According to investigations, some unknown person(s) entered the Mechanic Office of the establishment as a trespasser(s) and stole one (1) black Lenovo Laptop value $800.00USD, one (1) black Panasonic Laptop Tuff Book value $2,450.00 and one (1) silver and grey Lenovo Laptop value $400.00USD, total value USD$3,650.00, the property of the Sandy Lane Yacht Club. The incident occurred between 26.05.19 and 27.05.19.

Police are asking anyone with information that will assist with the swift investigations and prosecution of the offenders in these matters to divulge same to the ACP i/c Crimes at 1-784-456-1339 or to any other station.
