Congrats to Cable & Wireless

Editor: I am from Union Island and I operate an Internet café there. I wish to express my appreciation for the changes Cable & Wireless has made to its Internet service in the recent months.{{more}}

With the increase in speed of the Internet service, I feel very comfortable offering my service to North American and French visitors. The visitors agree that this is high-speed access, contrary to the various comments made before the introduction of XNET. Additionally, the reduction in cost is very much appreciated since outside the tourist season, life can be financially challenging for us in Union Island primarily September and October, locally termed dead months.

I am very appreciative for what Cable & Wireless has done, so much so that I am delighted to tell everyone about it.

Again, thanks for the boost given to your XNET Internet service. I have also personally received very caring customer support from your staff in recent times.

On another note of appreciation, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised for the coverage I received during the passage of Hurricane Ivan. Cable & Wireless kept me close to my friends and family on mainland St. Vincent. Thank you!
