Rupert Hezekiah Bascombe of Upper Sion Hill died at The Milton Cato Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, August 13th, 2008.
The body will lie in state at The Premises of The Independent Order of Mechanics Preston Unity at Stoney Ground from 1130 Hours on Saturday, 23rd, August;
Lodge Rites will be conferred at the Lodge Room during a Ceremony which commences at 1200 Hours, following which his mortal remains will then process to the St. Georgeâs Cathedral, Kingstown, where he will lie in state in the church from 1430 Hours.
His Funeral Service begins at 1530 Hours.
Burial will be at the Church Yard Cemetery.
