Men charged with theft of cow to reappear in court in May
Two men in their twenties who were charged with the offense of theft, will reappear in court on May 15, 2025 having pleaded not guilty of the charge when they appeared at the Colonaire Magistrate’s Court.
A police release states that Shemar Garraway, a 24 year old mechanic of New Montrose, and Michael Richards,
28 years,a farmer of Campden Park, were arrested on March 26, 2025 and charged with theft of a brown and white cow, the property of Kendall Bobb, a 51 year old farmer of Mt Greenan.
The alleged theft of the cow, valued at EC$6,000, is said to have taken place in Mt. Greenan between 6:00 p.m. on March 23, and 6:30. a.m. on March 24, 2025.
The men entered a not guilty plea when they appeared in court at Colonaire.
Garraway is to report to the Central Police Station every Wednesday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m, while Richards was ordered to report to the Questelles Police Station every Wednesday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
