Organisers promising a boosted Cannabis Festival, 2025
The Medicinal Cannabis Authority (MCA), is promising a boosted programme for the 2025 CannaBliss Festival with more culture, more music, more innovation, and more medicinal cannabis products in a bigger venue.
Chief Operations Officer, Terral Mapp said conference sessions will take place at the Russell’s Auditorium, while the three-day expo and the grand Reggae concert on October, 4, will be at Victoria Park, Kingstown.
Mapp said while the MCA is the lead agency, CannaBliss SVG has the full support of the entire Government as multiple state agencies are playing a critical role in its planning and implementation.
He said this collaborative support has been instrumental in breaking the stigma associated with cannabis, and is pivotal to the advancement of the local Medicinal Cannabis Industry.
CEO of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Tourism Authority (SVGTA), Annette Mark, said the Authority is thrilled to partner with the MCA to bring the medicinal cannabis community, the general public and visitors together once
again for this event.
“Our team has been working diligently to ensure that this year’s festival is filled with something for everyone, whether you are here for the conference, the tours, the expo, the traditional cultivator’s village, the food, the art, the music, or simply to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, we look forward to welcoming you to St Vincent and the Grenadines.”
The inaugural event, which took place from November 1-3, 2024, was deemed by the MCA to be a huge success, attracting well over 200 persons from across the Caribbean, North America, Latin America and Europe. (API)
