Traffic Angels and Spring Village retain their Police Carolling titles

Traffic Angels made a clean sweep of all the major categories in the successful defense of their Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) Christmas Carolling title last Friday, December 13, 2024 held in the yard of Police Headquarters, Kingstown.

In addition to taking the overall title, Traffic Angels also was adjudged first for the best original carol, best traditional carol, best speech, and were the best dressed choir in the contest, which was held under the theme:“It’s 2024, we carolling for sure”.

In second place was South Western Carollers; with South Central Carollers taking the third place.

In the Junior category of the annual Police Carolling Contest, the Spring Village Police Youth Club, successfully defended the title which they won in 2023.

In second place in this category was the Stubbs/Diamond Police Youth Club; with the Bequia Police Youth Club winning the third place. The Stubbs/Diamond Police Youth Club was adjudged to be the best dressed junior choir.

Each junior choir sang one traditional Christmas song, while in the senior category, each choir performed a traditional Christmas carol, and an original piece.
