NTRC offering platform to disaffected Flow and Digicel consumers

Persons who want to voice their dissatisfaction with the services provided by the local telecommunications companies will have an opportunity to do so this evening.

This as the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) holds a consultation focused on telecommunications services provided by Digicel and Flow.

The session is expected to run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Emmanuel High School, Mesopotamia (EHSM) and will have representatives from Flow and Digicel present.

These representatives will seek to address concerns that consumers have with the aim of finding solutions.
