Questelles resident to be tried for allegedly stealing motorcycle

A resident of Questelles, was granted bail after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of theft of a motorcycle.

Naeem Browne appeared at the Serious Offences Court before Senior Magistrate, Colin John yesterday June 24, 2024, where he pleaded not guilty that on June 20 and June 23 at Questelles, he stole one black and white AKTK 200cc motorcycle valued at $13,000, the property of Arthur Anthony of Clare Valley.

Prosecutor, Renrick Cato had no objection, and Browne was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 with one surety, and reporting conditions were attached.

The matter is transferred to the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court for trial on July 2, 2024.
