“We came here to do our best in our game against Bangladesh on Thursday (June 11, 2024). We are here to play hard cricket, but the level of hospitality we have received has been nothing short of wonderful and amazing.”
The Netherlands will play Bangladesh in a First Round, Group D match at 10:30 local time on Thursday June 13, 2024, at the Arnos Vale Cricket Ground.
Pointing to the players as they went through their paces, Van Vliet said that the quality of hospitality has served to help the players relax which is a plus in these tournaments, and spectators can look forward to an action filled clash.
