Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, ACP Bailey said “Special thanks to the Almighty God for sparing our lives to see our 33rd anniversary. We are extremely thankful to him for the love, guidance, and mercies that he has bestowed upon us. The journey was not easy, but his grace has seen us through. I wish to take this opportunity to extend hearty congratulations to all of the persons of Course #08. Forty-six of us started the journey, nine of us are still in service in SVG, and some are elsewhere, in Tortola, Cayman Islands, and other places. But we continue to live together as a family. We are in touch every day through our group chat.”
ACP Bailey went on “It has been a pleasure to serve the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Over the years, I have grown and matured and have seen things through many eyes. I thank God today that I sit in a managerial position in the organization. Nevertheless, the service continues.”
The Acting Commissioner of Police, Enville Williams, Gazetted Officers, and other ranks of the RSVGPF extended congratulations to the officers. “Thirty-three years of service to any organization is a selfless sacrifice, especially – one as the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force. I commend the officers for their relentless sacrifice and dedication to duty and country,” said Williams.
