Vincy shot and killed in the BVI
Deverson “Curtis” Williams, a Vincentian national residing in Tortola, British Virgin Islands (BVI) was shot and killed on Tuesday afternoon.
Williams, originally from Gibson Corner died in a hail of bullets while driving in an area known as Fish Bay in Tortola.
According to Virgin Islands News Online Williams, a resident of Belle Vue, was the driver of a vehicle heading west when he came under heavy gunfire in the vicinity of International Motors.
He was shot around 3:30 pm and died on the spot. Responding investigators found a large number of spent shells.
Williams was once a member of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGF).
