TCL launches new cement packaging
Local suppliers of Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) cement were last week introduced to the new cement packaging, which is guaranteed to keep the product fresher, for a longer period of time.
The suppliers, contractors and other invited guests were introduced to the repackaged product during a launch ceremony and cocktail, which took place at the Beachcombers Hotel on Wednesday, October 12, where officials of TCL showcased the new wrapping, which they indicated was designed to minimize spillage during the transportation process.{{more}}
The experts also indicated that the new package will also extend the productâs shelf life, as long as it is stored under the correct conditions.
The event, hosted by local distributors T Geddes Grant Limited, highlighted that TCL has achieved the highest international cement standards (ASTM and BSEN), and that the manufacturer continues to maintain a very robust process to monitor and control the quality and freshness of the product.
TCL has been servicing the Caribbean region with high quality cement products for more than 60 years, and the manufacturers stressed the point that the proven strength and quality of their product was in no way compromised with the production of the new packaging, but rather reinforced TCLâs commitment to supplying a premium product to its customers.
TCL official Egwin Daniel noted that although the product has a new and improved look on the outside, it is still the brand that is known and trusted on the inside.
TCL cement is available at all leading hardware stores in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
