NTRC competition winner collects prize
A young man from New Montrose is the latest winner of one of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commissionâs (NTRC) series of competitions.
The competition, which ran from March 1 – 31, saw 24-year-old Imran Nanton emerge victorious, as he scooped the first prize of an Apple Ipad Mini device.{{more}}
When asked about his win, Nanton said that he had no complaints and felt good about winning. He also disclosed that he will be using the Ipad Mini to read books, news articles and for social media usage.
Additionally, Nanton said that he had an Apple Ipad before, but that the mini version is more convenient for his needs, and is more comfortable for reading.
During the competition, entrants were required to have their friends follow the NTRCâs Twitter page and have them make a post indicating that they had just done so, as well as âtaggingâ the entrant who had requested that they do so.
The person whose name was tagged in the most Twitter posts was adjudged to be the winner of the competition.
