Indian Bay contractor doused with hot water

Joseph DaSilva, a 50-year-old artist of Indian Bay has been charged for unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Winfield Foye, 53, of the same address.{{more}}

According to reports, on Tuesday, April 12, at about 9.20 p.m., DaSilva threw hot water on Foye, who is a building contractor.

DaSilva was arrested and charged at 2.55 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 by Corporal 36 Charles.
