SVG to launch National wages councils

The St Vincent and the Grenadines National Wages Councils will be officially launched on Thursday March 31, 2016 at a ceremony to be held from 10 am at the Peace Memorial Hall in Kingstown.{{more}}

The Councils are set up to make recommendations to Cabinet on matters related to minimum wages, hours of work and conditions of employment for various categories of workers in the State.

Minister of Labour Camillo Gonsalves will deliver the feature address at the official launching ceremony next week.
