German Chancellor congratulates PM on re-election
Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr Angela Merkel has extended her âsincere congratulationsâ to Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves on his re-election as Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines in the December 9, 2015 general elections.{{more}}
The message of congratulations, which was received by the Prime Ministerâs Office on February 18, 2016 was dated December 30, 2015.
âGermany and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines have long enjoyed amicable relations. The cooperation between our countries based on trust and partnership is particularly important within the United Nations. The successful conclusion of the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris illustrates the strength of working together.
âI am certain that we will be able to further develop and build on this cooperation in the future. I wish you unabated drive and every success for the tasks you face as you continue in your role as Head of Government,â the congratulatory message from Merkel read.
