Body found floating in water in Kingstown

The police are investigating the death of Ivo Riffin, a 59-year-old unemployed resident of Queen’s Drive.

Riffin’s lifeless body was discovered floating in the waters off the Reclamation Site, Kingstown on Tuesday, December 15,{{more}} shortly after 5 p.m. He was last seen alive that same day.

A post mortem examination carried out on the body of the deceased on Thursday, December 17 showed that he died as a result of drowning.
