Bailey, Roache win KCCU Quiz Competition

The Kingstown Government School’s Beounce Bailey and Ann-Jean Roache are the 2015 Kingstown Cooperative Credit Union (KCCU) Limited’s Primary School Quiz champions.

The duo took the top spot in the annual competition, which was held last Saturday, November 21st, at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.{{more}}

Roache and Bailey amassed the most points after three rounds of quizzing.

Coming in second were the Sion Hill Government School’s Kevin Cain and Javed Baptiste, while third place went to the Calliaqua Anglican School’s Shante Forbes and Jamund Cyrus.

The other competitors were the Westwood Methodist School’s Michael Joseph and Jay-Mella Allen, the Langley Park Government School’s Nelly Sampson and Duronique Johnson and the Pamelus Burke Government School’s Tyniesha Samuel and Alexandria Pitt.
