Sir James addresses UWP convention in St Lucia

Former Prime Minister Sir James Mitchell spent last weekend in St Lucia, where he was the featured speaker at the convention of the United Workers Party (UWP) on Sunday.{{more}}

The UWP is the party led by former prime minister Sir John Compton.

While in St Lucia. Sir James also held discussions with the secretariat of the newly formed Organization for the Advancement of Scientific and Commercial Agriculture (OASCA), of which he has been invited to lead as patron.
