Cashwiz honours unsung hero for Independence

Cashwiz, St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), preeminent provider of short-term consumers’ loans, on Saturday, October 24, began the countdown to SVG’s 36th anniversary of Independence by honouring an unsung member of the community.

Jennetha ‘Sissy’ Wallace was honoured for her outstanding contribution to the people of Layou and surrounding areas at the inaugural Coconut Festival held in that coastal town.{{more}}

“It was a surprise to be recognized this way by Cashwiz,” said a humble Wallace, as she collected her prizes.

“It’s just part of my nature to help those who need my help and until that day when God calls for me, I continue to do what comes naturally to me, helping others.”
