The Salvation Army recently received a donation from members of Karen Hinds’ Phenomenal Woman Conference Committee.

Karen Hinds’ Phenomenal Woman Conference is held annually in April, and is a two-day personal and professional empowerment event for teen girls and adult women.{{more}}

Each year the conference supports a local non-profit organization, and this year, Major Pierre K Antoine, of The Salvation Army, was on hand to receive the donation. Past recipients included Bishop’s College Kingstown and Marion House.
