Comments invited on price cap for LIME rates

Members of the public have until Friday, December 19, to comment on a proposed new Price Cap Plan to regulate certain retail tariffs of Cable & Wireless St Vincent and the Grenadines Ltd (LIME).{{more}}

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) said in a release that they are conducting the second round of the public consultation on the proposed new Price Cap Plan.

“The proposed Price Cap Plan (PCP) was received from the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications (ECTEL) to be approved by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC).

“The initial consultation period was from October 29, 2014 to November 28, 2014 and the first round comments are available in electronic format on our website www.ntrc.vc and at our office on the 2nd floor of the NIS Building on Upper Bay Street, Kingstown.

“As a stakeholder in the sector, we are requesting your comments on comments for the proposed PCP,” the release said.

All initial comments must be submitted by December 19, 2014 to National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, 2nd Floor NIS Building , Upper Bay Street , P.O. Box 2368, Kingstown St Vincent and the Grenadines or by email to ntrc@ntrc.vc.
