The organisers of the monthly Secondary School Bible Quiz (SSBQ) will host the quizâs 7th Annual Awards Ceremony on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at Frenches House, Kingstown from 10 a.m.{{more}}
The event is organised to recognise the students, schools, and sponsors that contribute to the quizâs success by their participation and support during the quiz year, which runs from December to November. This yearâs awards fall into three categories: Acute Cosmetics Beginners; Frequent Participant; and Outstanding School.
Jerry George, a noted communications specialist, will deliver the feature address. Other programme items include a report on the quiz and a musical item.
The quiz is designed to assist the youth of the nation to increase their love for, knowledge and understanding of the Bible. At the same time, it is intended to give them an opportunity to win useful prizes in a wholesome and positive way.
