Courts launches Ashley Furniture Gallery

Current and potential customers of furniture and appliance store Courts St Vincent Limited were feted last week, as the store launched its Ashley Furniture Gallery.{{more}}

Courts and Ashley Furniture Industries – regarded as the world’s largest and leading furniture and accessories manufacturer in the world, unveiled the gallery last Friday at the Courts showroom to the delight of awestruck and excited clients.

Courts country manager Michelle Samuel said that the event was a celebration of the partnership between the two entities, and that the move was a signal of her company’s commitment to actively raise the quality of life for its customers through strategic collaboration and excellence in customer service.

“We aim to provide style, durability and value in our product offerings. Our task is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Courts is a household name across the Caribbean a testimony to our success in bringing value home and our leadership in the retail industry as suppliers of the world’s best brands in furniture and appliances.

Courts OECS Marketing Manager Anita Phillips, speaking at the launch, pointed out that the Ashley gallery is located in 13 outlets across the region and said that the partnership between Courts and Ashley creates a natural synergy that has translated into “a retail offering of number ones.”

“Ashley of course is the number one selling brand in the world. Ashley is number one for bringing consumers great style and value.

“Unicomer is the number one consumer-durable goods retailer in the region and courts of course is the number one furniture appliance and electronic retailer in the Caribbean operating in at least 118 stores throughout the English speaking Caribbean.

Also speaking at the launch were Senior Marketing Officer Alexis John, OECS Commercial Director Lorraine Sidonie and general manager of the Housing and Land Development Corporation Elvis Charles.

Charles indicated that his company and Courts are in the business of giving Vincentians the opportunity to have possession of their own homes, furniture and fittings.

Jesus Decaul , International Marketing Specialist for Ashley Furniture Industries also spoke at the event giving a detailed outline of his company and its products.

It wouldn’t be a Courts function without members of the audience taking home gifts and prizes.

The biggest catch of the night was an Ashley Bed sofa; this was won Lesley Bowman.
